Each year, the Saint Louis University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics hosts a culinary camp for kids. In addition to preparing a variety of delicious chef-inspired recipes from around the world, kids learn how to incorporate well balanced nutrition, physical fitness, kitchen safety, and sustainable gardening and agriculture into their daily lives.
